Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Our carpets are white and 11 years old. I have a rug shampooer that has been used many times, but some stains never have come out. We decided that it was time to get the job professionally done. We are so happy we did. They did a magnificent job. They came on time with an immense amount of equipment and cleaning products. They worked very hard for several hours and left the rugs quite dry and beautifully manicured. We are thrilled with the results.
