The gentleman that did the work was very professional and fast. He did the work to our complete satisfaction. It was unfortunate that he was sent from Ohio to cover for the original perso. They were supposed to be here between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. But they didn't show before 5:00 and someone was sent from Ohio to cover. The sheduling department should do better.
