I read the other messages below, by mine was totally different. ** see explanation below for their time window** Book online with a window of 2-6. I got a phone call 30 minutes prior to the crew showing up. They arrived on time at 2 pm. Right on time. Both guys were friendly and professional. Set up and knocked out my 7 rooms, stair cases and hallway in about 2 hours. AWESOME AND CLEAN. Stuff I could never remove with my home cleaner was completely gone. Smells good and looks great. Big improvement and great since I am going to sell my home. Totally undid the years or pet (2 dogs) and kid damage. *** the crew explained they don't know what their daily assignment is each day. They get assigned after each job. Holiday times are crazy busy. So they could get assigned cross town in traffic or have to fill in for other crews who are tied up. Just be nice - have your house prepped and it will be great. I highly recommend.
