Spots is simply amazing! The owner, Nathan, came out and did a thorough walk-through, gave us a accurate quote for all the services we needed; Leslie was in contact with scheduling and updates; but most importantly they restored our carpet to nearly new. We had multiple pet accidents from aging dogs, traffic from lots of activity in the house, and some areas that needed to be stretched. The results are exceptional, I have never had such thorough attention to the cleaning process. I would recommend them highly to anyone considering carpet cleaning, whether you have a few small rooms or large areas which require extra attention.
