I am extremely happy with the customer service and communication of this company. Speaking with Lesley over the phone when I scheduled was easy, she is very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions. I was dealing with some specialty stains for a commercial building carpet cleaning. I was not able to be present myself when the technician Glen arrived which is why the communication was so important to me. I was able to speak with Glen over the phone when he arrived he was very helpful and even took some after pictures of the carpet cleaning when he was done for me. Spots Carpet Care took care of everything I needed! I highly recommend them! Thank You!
