Courteous, prompt, very communicative, excellent cleaning job Pettyjohn's was recommended to me by my usual carpet cleaners. They effectively communicated the process & all costs & fulfilled all their promises from prompt pick-up & delivery to exceptional job cleaning my very large oriental rug.
