Excellent customer service and the best and most effective cleaning process for oriental rugs. I have used Pettyjohn's for cleaning my oriental rugs for many years. They give excellent, courteous customer service and their process of literally washing the rugs in a "rug bathtub" assures clean and fibrant colors. One of my rugs is almost 50 years old and it continues to maintain its original look.
