I brought a 1930's, very neglected and ignored, Chinese rug into McFarland's not expecting a whole lot. WOW was I wrong! They assured me that it was a nice rug, worth investing a little money to clean it and do a minimal amount of repair to keep it from fraying more. I was shocked at how well it came out and am bringing another antique rug to be cleaned today. I loved that I didn't feel any pressure or like they were trying to sell me anything! Highly recommend
