We did a lot of research on cleaning a very large 10 x 13' wool carpet that is a beloved family heirloom. Mcfarlands was highly recommended by stores in the valley. They picked up my carpet on time and delivered a bright cleaned carpet in the promised 2 week time. It's white the colors are bright, they took a worn dirty stained carpet we layed it down and haven't stopped lookin at it, enjoying its new chapter. I've even sent pictures to share with some family. All in all, good work is hard to find, knowledgeable is even harder to find. You can trust you'll get both from McFarland's
