I was quoted a fair price in advance that included enzyme treatment for pet stains so I had no concerns over the usual up charges other companies try to add on. I received a call confirming the arrival time. My carpeting looks and smells terrific. I'm very happy with the cleaning, the cleaners and ease of making an appointment. Will definitely be a repeat customer.
