Great customer service. I had a large, wool area rug cleaned last year and they did a good job. I'm not sure what kind of cleaners they use but there was a slight smell when they returned the rug - nothing horrible. I have a keen sense of smell so someone else may not notice. The gentleman who delivered my rug sprayed some kind of deodorizer on it and it was fine. Since I had a good experience last year - I am having them clean the same rug again this year and they are honoring the discounted price I paid last year. All in all pleased with this company.
