First time rug purchaser here. I purchased from this family owned business last week. Customer service was beyond expectations. After looking at a few rugs laid out in the store, Moe and Mori offered to bring several rugs to my house to lay them out that afternoon. So much easier to make that choice with the options laid out in my house. Moe even threw in the padding and helped move furniture to place the final selection. Very happy with the purchase and happy with the customer experience. Definitely recommend
