The previous owners of our house used something that left a white film on our tile that couldn't be removed with mopping. Mark came out and did his usual cleaning and it looked much, much better. But he wasn't satisfied with the job because some film remained. He came back the next day, redid the floor and even scrubbed it with a floor scrubber for no extra charge. The results are outstanding.
