The unit is deep cleaning and extremely thorough. The unit is self contained, so I don’t need to use electricity or water from the client. I always use a pre-sray, which is a shampoo based solution and don’t use any harmful chemicals. Once the solution dwells, it encapsulates the soil and other harmful bacteria. Then, I steam and rinse out the shampoo from the carpet. The temperature of the water gets up to over 200 degrees, which means its a deep cleaning into the carpet fibers thus removing soils, bacteria and spots. I do use a variety of spotting solutions as well if there are very stubborn spots.
