Fred with F&F Carpeting was a gem to work with! My company is located in downtown Phoenix and unfortunately most carpet cleaning companies cannot provide service to businesses in multi-storied buildings, but not F&F! When I called to get a quote, Fred said our 20th floor location would be no problem and provided a free in-person quote. And when I told him ideally we would love our carpets cleaned on the weekend to avoid any work disruption, he did not hesitate to come in on a Saturday morning to get the job done. He was prompt, provided quick and easy service and was able to remove all the stains throughout our carpet which had not been cleaned in some time. I highly recommend F&F, especially to my downtown, multi-storied building business neighbors! Thanks again Fred!
