An outstanding experience with the Durango Rug Company! We have a beautiful rug that had been damaged by pets, and it also needed a good cleaning. From the initial contact to pick up, it was just a positive experience! Nadeem, the owner was very helpful in assessing the value of our rug, and making suggestions about how to get it back to looking like new again. He answered all of my questions, and always returned my calls in a timely manner. My rug is home now, clean and beautiful! The store is a delight for the eyes, and they also carry many accessories. This business is highly recommended, quality, service, professional. Thank you!
