I was told a technician would be at my location between 12pm-2pm. I left my home at 11:25am to assure I was there at 12pm. At 1:45pm I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called to check the status. I was told the technician was probably running behind but, I would get a call before arrival. Also, I was told the 12-2 was just an estimate time. I continued to wait. I got a call at 2:10 saying the technician said he had already been to my location. He said no one answered and he tried calling but it was not a working number. He even looked on Angie’s list for my number but it also was a non working number. Wow!! No one came nor did I have any calls during this time. I spoke with a supervisor and they stood by it but it change to someone came at 11. Now how can this be if I was scheduled between 12-2? This was my first encounter with this company. I wish someone could have just been honest and said there was a mistake and I was missed. I was offered a 10% discount for someone to come out tomorrow. I declined 10% and any farther business. I will share with family and friends. Time is valuable be honest. I was told they are the best. My response to you is every part of service from appointment to service qualifies you for being the best.
