David's Rug Cleaning surpassed our expectations in every respect. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish and the quality of the service provided was excellent. David knows rugs.. not just how to clean them! When he and his team arrived to pick up our dining room rug, David explained in detail the multi-step process that would be used to rid it of the odours left behind by our beloved dog. (We had tried several cleaning methods on our own, to no avail.) He also noticed and admired the Persian rugs in our living room and enthusiastically provided historical, production and value information - filling some gaps in our knowledge :) When the team arrived a week later with our newly-cleaned rug, we were treated to the same care, courtesy and highest level of professionalism. Our rug looks brand new and no longer smells!! Responsive, informative, expert, professional, courteous, friendly. These all describe David's Rug Cleaning. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
