We're extremely extremely pleased with the way our two orientals came back as well as our very large area rug! From repairing the fringe on our small runner at no extra charge to working with us on pricing and delivery times, our experience has been Superior! It would make it even better if phone reps were trained to refer a call to a higher-up if a customer asks about price matching or special prices but we are so pleased with the thorough cleaning our rugs received as well as the excellent customer service that we are now customers for life!!
