A Dalworth representative got back to me within a hour of my email request, gave me a quote, answered my questions and scheduled a pickup for the next day. The two large rugs were cleaned and returned within one week. The employees sent to my home were most helpful in positioning the rugs back to their original position and wanted my complete satisfaction. Good job Dalworth.
