Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value We live out of the area, and Jeff coordinated our carpet cleaning with others in the same area, which lowered the cost for all of us. Carl did an outstanding job of cleaning our carpets and was very thorough and professional. We had several pet stains that came out completely, and we were left with a clean, fresh-smelling home! Thank you!!
