Updated review 4/20/20- once again Clear Pro did an outstanding job cleaning my windows, security door screens, and sun screens today! It is great to still be able to have maintenance performed on the outside of the house during these times. If you need clean windows and sun screens, I highly recommend them!! AMAZING!! This is the 1st word that comes to mind in describing the employees and the service they provide. I met with Tim to review the services I needed. He fit me into his schedule quickly. I recently had the interior of my home painted, so needed multiple services. My first impression was the attention to customer service, he understood I was under a tight timeframe and went above and beyond to accommodate me and answer all my questions!! The second person I met was Greg, who came to clean my windows. They look amazing and still do over a month later. My family and friends just couldn't get over it when they were here for Thanksgiving! They are immaculate, I asked him if he could do a few light fixtures too. He was able to take care everything in one visit and cleaned my security screens as well. Can't say enough, looks like I have new windows!! The third person I met was Robert, he spent a day at my house cleaning my carpet, tile, area rugs, and sectional. He has such attention to detail, so friendly, and explained to me the process, so I would know what to expect. I couldn't be more pleased. I couldn't believe how much softer my 10 year old carpet felt after he cleaned it. Everything looked absolutely awesome!! The carpet, tile, area rugs, and sectional. I so appreciate the time he took to properly clean and not rush through. Sometimes when you have big jobs the attention gets lost, not at all with Robert, he did an amazing job. I have found my one stop shop and couldn't be more pleased. I will be having them back in the spring to clean my sunscreens and put them back up. Thank you to everyone at ClearPro window and carpet cleaning for going out of your way! You will have all my future business!!
