Great heads up on when they were expecting to show up via text and a phone call when they were on their way. Carpet was cleaned as expected but what was really impressive was the effort put into taking out a ballpoint pen from the microfiber sofa. Andrew spent probably a good 30-40 minutes working on the one area and you can't notice it. Friendly and honest business at a reasonable cost. They'll be back to our house if we need carpet or furniture service again
