Shopping for an expensive area rug via website/phone is difficult. I first contacted Bokara Rugs by email and received a response within 48 hours. I then spoke to Patrick, a sales representative , who was up for the challenge. I found him to be very knowledgeable, efficient, professional and prompt in following up with my questions. He was never pushy and wanted me to happy with my purchase. I love my new area rug and will continue to keep Bokara Rugs/Patrick in mind for future purchases. 1
