Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The folks at Bock's Steam Star (Johnathan and Ryan) did a great job in cleaning our carpets! They even offered to do an area rug at no additional charge, since our Master bedroom carpet was under the sq ft minimum charge. Carpet Corner recommended Bock's to do our 18-month maintenance cleaning (in order to keep the Shaw carpet warranty in effect) and we're glad they did! We'll be seeing Bock's again in another 18 months for sure!
