I heard of Bill's carpet cleaning from a couple friends and family members. I have a rental property that needed the "Smoke smell" removed from the bedroom carpeting. I called the phone number and to my surprise Bill actually answered the phone. A few days later Darryl (BIll's son) came out and performed the cleaning. He did a great job, the carpet was not soaking wet but just slightly damp after the cleaning and the smell was completely gone. I have since waited a few days to write this review to see if the smell would come back. It has been 5 days and the carpet smells fresh and new. I would highly recommend using these guys as they are very reliable, prompt and professional. Not to mention that they are a local, family owned business. 2 Thumbs up in my book!
