Just had 5 area rugs returned from F & F and wanted to say what a pleasant transaction and experience it's been. When removing the rugs from garage, that haven't been used in several years, we unrolled to discover moth and rodent damage! Fred took the rugs, cleaned them and found a repair person to work on unraveling of fringe. He communicated with me along the way and was patient while we decided how to proceed due to cost. Pet stains and odor removed. Damage fixed. Super nice guy and great office assistance!
