I recently the carpet cleaned in an apartment that I have been renting for my son while he's in college. There were several stains that I was concerned about, especially grease. Not only did they do an amazing job and get all the stains out, they were very professional, worked around our schedule, and even texted me before and after pictures as they worked on it since I was out of state. I didn't even ask them to do that, they just did. Good customer service means everything, and is hard to come by these days. I would definately recommend them and use them again if the need arises.
