I had a red stain on my light tan carpet from a glass of chrystal light for the past 2 and half years. I'd long ago given up on it and thought I'd have to patch the spot with carpet from the closet, or worse, replace the whole room. I called Apex to try the patch route and they came out here, took one look at it and told me they could remove it. In less than an hour or so and for a minimal fee (much less than I was expecting to pay for patch job I can assure you. about the cost of having your carpets steam cleaned) they removed the whole stain! There's not the slightest sign of it. I've hidden that stain for so long and always worried about it if ever I had to move and wanted to sell or lease my condo and I wish I'd simply called them sooner. On top of all that (which is honestly all I *really* cared about) they were exteremly professional and helpful. On time and didn't mess around. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with their floors.
