Overall are great. From placing the order to meeting the Technician at our door, they are all very professional and very kind, make things easier and pleasant. Maybe my carpet were very old, I still can see some stain on the carpet after it's washed. However, overall, me and my husband are very satisfied with the services, also, very good price. Thank you.
