Generally a good job at a reasonable price. I have used A1 Carpet Care several times. When I use the same technician, he always does a good job. He does what I want, and I'm very satisfied. Other technicians don't do what I want. They try to charge extra, or add on additional services, or try to get me to change what I want them to do. I've found that by asking for the same operator, I get a good job each time. The experience really depends on who you get to come out.
