Five star experience with A1 Carpet Care I had a coupon and decided to try A1 Carpet Care, and making an appointment was fine. I called and someone picked up the phone. And the cleaner who came here to do the work communicated with me and was on time for the appointment. We liked that the floors were clean, and I think we will use them again, even though I just had the cleaning done--so I won't need it for awhile.
