As expected, Woodard did not disappoint! Ethan arrived early in the "two-hour window". After walking through the rooms and assessing the job, he got to work. There were a few stubborn spots, that he said he couldn't entirely remove but they are so faint, I can only see them because I knew they had been there. He worked on the carpets for 3 hours. Ethan explained the 6 month guarantee and told me not to be hesitant to use it if needed. I was pleased with the coupon that I had received in the mail - $49 per room. A bargain. Ethan was thorough and a true professional.
