I did order extra service for the livingroom but did not notice the servvice was provided as outlined. I expected the tech to vacuum and pretreat spots along with the fan to assis with drying. I did vacuum since I had to do other areas so that was not critical and he did a good job with the noticable spots and high traffic areas so I still rate this visit as a quality job. Just wanted to make a note since other may take offense.
