It's expensive to clean, and this was an old rug. But I couldn't find another I liked as much. Just took the plunge even though this is a significant chunk of money I could have put into a new rug. There are a couple of spots you couldn't get out, but I knew that was a possibility going in. Overall, very prompt and professional service. Rug looks much better and I would use you again.
