I honestly did not think my expensive wool and silk rug could be saved after my dog ate something that didn't agree with him and, well, made quite a mess. After just one week the rug came back today perfectly clean and refreshed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Last time I had a run cleaned I used another company and they kept my rug for 6 weeks! Dalworth had my rug back and in perfect condition in only one week. I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks for your prompt service.
