The only experience equal to or greater than the buying experience was the after purchase service experience. I have two 8 month old puppies, (whom I left out of the kennels), who enjoyed the taste of the leather ottoman top cushion as much as we enjoyed its comfort and style. I had a brief business trip to Oklahoma City, OK from Houston, TX which took me within 5 miles of the Luxury Leather manufacturing facility in Dallas, TX. An appointment was made with Lyn, at the facility, to drop the cushion off for repair, this was a Wednesday morning. Lyn and his staff found the correct leather, completely refurbished the top cushion of the ottoman and left the cushion at one of their retail facilities which I was able to pick up on my return to Houston, Saturday! That's right, 3 days later the cushion was repaired and in a convient location for me to pick up on my return trip. I can say this, If you want quality, outstanding service before and AFTER the sale, Luxury Leather should be the only place you shop for your leather furniture needs. KUDOS!!
