The team that came out to do the work was amazing. I will not use the on-line ever again because I had requested for duct cleaning and it made me think that the price I was quoted was for the carpets and duct cleaning. When the team arrived they did not have this listed and when they called in the lady on the line from Dalworth could not even find my online order and was asking me when I did this---this is bad business
