Dusty is always courteous, very professional and makes every effort to clean my carpets and spots with excellence. I believe he uses the best products Dalworth has available him to do his very best for his customers. My only complaint is not against Dusty's performance, but more so against the stain removing products Dalworth has available for him to use. The urine spot from this treatment is still visible. It is lighter, but still there. My expectation was that it would be gone completely. My thought is that Dalworth simply doesn't use a strong enough product to get out these type of stains. I may be incorrect, but I would expect same day treatment of a urine stain is something that could be removed. On normal everyday cleaning and professionalism, I would rate Dalworth excellent! I would not rate your company so highly on getting out stains. I would recommend Dalworth for normal cleaning in a heart beat. However, for more stubborn stains, I would suggest they do their research for a company with stronger chemicals available for the best result for their money. Thank you for your service, you have a great staff of professionals working for you that are very nice to deal with.
